I would also put Accessibility | Privacy Policy | Terms & Conditions | Site Map in a small utility row in the footer beneath or beside the copyright. That keeps the main restaurant navigation clean while making the pages available site-wide. The current primary navigation is Home, About, Menu, Reserve, Contact, and Press, so these four fit much better as footer links than main-navigation items.
